Shipping Policy – Rich Class Decor

At Rich Class Decor, we ensure that your order is shipped with care, efficiency, and full transparency. Whether you're ordering from Canada or internationally, we’ve got you covered. Most of our rugs are shipped directly from our factory in India where the rugs are made eliminating the middle man & ensuring you get the most affordable & quick shipping.

📦 Shipping Methods & Packaging

We ship via Canada Post, UPS DHL,etc.., trusted carriers known for reliable service.

  • All items are packed with 2-layer protective packaging:

    • Inner layer: Transparent PP wrap

    • Outer layer: White HDPE sheet

  • Every order is fully insured to cover loss or transit damage.

  • A tracking number will be emailed within 2 business days of dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–5 working days (shipping times may vary by region or customs delays).

🇨🇦 For Customers in Canada

We ship from Langley, BC, with local delivery and Free pickup options available.

  • Taxes (GST 5% + PST 7%) will be applied at checkout.

  • No duties or additional tariffs apply within Canada.

  • Rugs, however shipped directly from India may attract a small import fee of $5-35 only.

🌍 For International Orders (USA, Europe, Australia & more)

  • Duties, tariffs, VAT, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Due to the recent Tariffs imposed by the Government customers may be charged a small fee of $5-40 on their purchase.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for your shipment until it reaches you. However, in the rare case your item is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery

  • Send clear photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)

  • We’ll assist in processing claims and resolving the issue swiftly
