At Rich Class Decor, we take immense pride in offering handmade, ethically crafted goods that are as unique as the people who buy them. Each product reflects traditional craftsmanship, love, and hours of skilled labor. As such, variations and imperfections are not defects, but rather, beautiful features that enhance the authenticity and story of each item.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, all sales are considered final, except in cases of damage during transit or incorrect item shipment.

Minor variations in color, pattern, size, and finish, as well as slight imperfections or retouching (especially in rugs), are normal and expected. These are not considered flaws but marks of authenticity.

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if:

The item arrived damaged (with photographic proof),

You received the wrong product (wrong design/size).

Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once approved and the item is received back, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, minus shipping fees.

All international orders are FINAL SALE – no returns or refunds.

Custom orders and made-to-measure pieces are FINAL SALE.
- If a refund is approved, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Every piece is individually handmade, and no two items are ever exactly the same. We believe this uniqueness brings character and soul to your home. Slight irregularities in weaving, dyeing, or shape are not defects.
